I started canning with my grandmother before I was even a teenager. I canned salsa, jams, butters and other tasty treats mainly for friends and family. I was given the opportunity to expand this hobby into my local community through a local Cherry Stand. I grabbed the moment and have been jamming for my community for two years. I take pride in only using local fruit from the Flathead Valley, and my products just keep getting more creative. Jams were my first creation, and I keep creating different flavors each season. We now have a variety of pie filling’s, maraschino cherries, and even a cherry lemonade concentrate to die for.

During the summer, I am open every day at the Cherry Stand located in Bigfork. Our address is 8079 Highway 35 and we are located right next to Florence coffee on Highway 35 in bigfork. We also have a location in Lakeside right next to Mavericks on Highway 93. When cherry season is over, I try to attend as many of the local craft fairs as possible.
