The concept of Raskol Ink began with a conversation in front of a brewery between an incredible artist, Anika Youcha, and Meagan. Both of them were, and still are, in love with hoodies. At the time, they were disgruntled at the lack of rad fitting hoodies with unique art designs. From there, the journey began and Raskol Ink was formed.

Meagan researched and learned all about how to screen print. She became aware that her direct connection with the line work - literally hand to pen - in her designs was important and she didn't want to lose that concept through digital designing. Keeping that connection has taken her down an analogue path in which a computer is not used.

Meagan's designs are inspired by thoughts from sounds, books, rivers, trees, mountains, conversations, rocks and many more.

This winter, Meagan will be working on a graphic novel for her Raskol Character logo and making a new design based on huckleberries and crows stemming from unexpected teachers that allow us to heal in our heart-space. This path continues to curve, move and create as it grows.

Raskol Ink hoodies would like to be worn by, but not limited to, the funky, quirky, soul searchers, celebrities, athletes, baristas, authors, bartenders, entertainers, artists and dancers of the world.
