This is a juried show. All items must be HANDMADE by the applicant and person doing the selling.

Application deadline is September 14, 2022.   We will still accept applications after Sept. 14, but there will be a $25 late fee and no guarantee of space available.  We will monitor the number of applications received and will begin filling a waiting list once the maximum number of applications for the amount of available booths is reached.

If you are not a registered ACF member, please pay the "Guest/Non-Member" booth rate.

You must be a registered ACF Member on or before August 1, 2022 to qualify for the “Member” booth rate.  Must be a resident of Flathead County or Lake County Montana to be eligible for membership in ACF.

Member Booth Rates:

Did you attend 2 or more organization meetings?

  • Single Booth - $100 (plus $4 card processing fee)
  • Double Booth - $180 (plus $7 card processing fee)

Did you attend 1 or 0 organization meetings?

  • Single Booth - $150 (plus $4 card processing fee)
  • Double Booth - $230 (plus $7 card processing fee)

Guest/Non-Member Booth Rates:

  • Single Booth - $200 (plus $8 card processing fee)
  • Double booths are not available for guests/non-members.  However, please let us know if you'd be interested in a double space instead of a single space.  If a double becomes available, we will contact you.

You are also welcome to mail in your application forms and pay with cash or check to avoid the non-refundable card processing fees.  Send us an email with questions or concerns - 

Applications will NOT BE PROCESSED until ALL PARTS are received - BOTH form and fee.

  • Cancellations & Refunds

    Cancellation notifications MUST BE in writing. ACF must be able to fill your spot for you to be eligible to receive a refund. Cancellations after November 1, 2022 are not eligible for refunds. See ACF Show Rules for more information.
