Fall Art/Craft Supply Market - Sept. 17, 2022
Ready to clean out your craft supply closet, shelf, boxes, storage, etc? We can help with that! Outreach Committee is planning their first ever “Create it Forward” Fall Art/Craft Supply Sale. This event will be held on Sept. 17, 2022 in the Country Kitchen Building of the Flathead County Fairgrounds.
There are a few different ways in which you can choose to participate or sell your surplus art/craft supplies. All we ask to get started is that you pay a $25 up-front participation deposit. Then consider the following:
- Would you like to donate your supplies, let us sell them and/or donate them to a local school?
- Would you like to drop off your supplies, let us try to sell them, then you pick up anything that doesn’t sell? - donate 25% of your sales.
- Would you like to participate and sell your own supplies at the event? - donate 10% of your sales.
- Would you like to volunteer to help out?

Special Meeting - Oct. 12, 2022
As you all should recall, combining with the Food Truck Festival for our 2022 Summer Show, was a first-time thing, an experiment, and was opposed by some. So, we’d like to have a discussion about the event, how it went, ways we can make it better, and whether or not we should join with Food Truck Festival again for next year. Because this topic is very involved, we have scheduled a Special General Meeting for October 12, 2022 for this discussion. So, please mark your calendars and plan to attend this discussion and share your comments on this topic before we put the issue to a vote.
We would also like to take some time to discuss the future of ACF and ways in which we can manage the growth of our organization. The Board has been tossing around many ideas, including but not limited to, capping our membership at 200 people. But we’d like to hear your thoughts and ideas as well before any changes are made.

Personal Health Reminder
As a friendly reminder to all, COVID-19 is here to stay. Just as the flu virus and cold virus comes around every year, there will continue to be new variants of COVID-19. You may hear of fellow members and vendors getting sick throughout the year. Please refrain from sharing personal health information about others without their express permission.
ACF does not bare the responsibility, nor the right, to distribute personal health information about any member to any of our members or the general public. Additionally, there are no laws or regulations requiring us to provide health information or share health statuses of members, vendors, or guests at our events. Information about the possible risks of exposure and how to protect yourself from future exposure can be found on the CDC website. Additionally, contact tracing can be done through the Flathead County Health Department website at the discretion of the person who may be experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
We encourage each of you to carefully consider whether your participation in future events, whether hosted by ACF or by another event host, would cause yourself additional health risks. Event participation is a choice that each vendor can, and should, make for themselves.
Seeking Prize Donations for Future Outreach Committee Fundraising Events
Hey Everyone, we are still seeking additional donations for our future fundraising events and Raffle basket prizes at our fall fundraising events. All proceeds from our fundraising efforts go to our “Create It Forward” scholarship fund, and we’d love to keep it going and growing. Please consider donating a handmade item or two to our prize pool. Donating is also a great way to help advertise your business because you might get your product into the hands of a new future loyal customer and your donated item will be advertised on our event promos. Please bring your donation items to the Members Picnic, or the next General Meeting or
contact Denise at 406-270-9538, seedenisemt@gmail.com to coordinate delivery/drop off.
