Fall Craft Supply Sale
Erin Solin and other members of Outreach Committee are proceeding with plans for a fall art/craft supply community sale. This event has been scheduled for September 17, 2022 and will be held at the Country Kitchen Building of the Flathead County Fairgrounds. This event will coincide with the Quilt Show, and there will be food trucks on site.
If you’re ready to clean out your supply closet and would like to sell supplies at this event, there will be three options for you to consider:
- You sell your own supplies at this event, and take home anything that doesn’t sell—pay $25 and/or 10% of sales
- We sell your supplies for you, and you take back home anything that doesn’t sell—pay $25 and/or 25% of sales
- We sell your supplies for you, you donate anything that doesn’t sell—pay $0
Your $25 table fee will also be applied to the 10% or 25% total donation to the scholarship fund.
*sign up forms will be available at the next general meeting.
Please consider attending the next Outreach Committee Meeting if you’re interested in helping plan this event. Send and email to

Seeking Volunteers for Summer Show
We are seeking volunteers to help us out with Summer Show. We’d love to have members that have elected to not participate in this event as a vendor, or if any vendors who might have family members or friends that would be willing to help out. We will need helpers for parking coordination, shuttle driving, ticket takers at food truck festival, vendor water delivery, and more! No event can possibly run smoothly without awesome helpers and WE NEED YOU! Please consider donating your time to this ever-growing event.
Volunteers will get free admission to the food truck festival and a voucher for a free meal from one of the food trucks.
Send an email to artistsoftheflathead@gmail.com if you’re interested.

Seeking Prize Donations for Future Outreach Committee Fundraising Events
Hey Everyone, we are still seeking additional donations for our future fundraising events and Raffle basket prizes at Summer Show. All proceeds from our fundraising efforts go to our “Create It Forward” scholarship fund, and we’d love to keep it going and growing. Please consider donating a handmade item or two to our prize pool. Donating is also a great way to help advertise your business because you might get your product into the hands of a new future loyal customer and your donated item will be advertised on our event promos.
Please bring your donation items to the next General Meeting or
contact Denise at 406-270-9538, seedenisemt@gmail.com to coordinate delivery/drop off.
Seeking Greeting Card Donations
As some of you may know, ACF sends a “welcome” greeting card and condolence/get well/thinking of you cards to members throughout the year. If you know of a fellow member who is not feeling well, having surgery, or any other life event, please let us know. We’d love to send a card.
We also need to refill our greeting card stockpile. Any of you that make or have greeting cards for sale, please consider donating a few to ACF. We’d love to help share your artwork while also reaching out to our members. Please bring your greeting carde donations to the next General Meeting.
Don’t forget to order your nametags
Erin Solin, is still making name tags for anyone who wants one. All ACF event vendors are required to wear a name tag for our Art/Craft Shows. You can make one yourself, buy one from elsewhere, or get one from Erin.
Please order by June 13 if you want to have it ready in time for the Summer Show.
There are two options for you this year - (1) the standard one with the ACF logo, your name and business name and (2) a Custom option that can include your own business logo instead of the ACF one. Standard name tags are $8 each and custom name tags are $10 each.
*please note there is a $1 card processing fee if you pay with a debit or credit card.
