Cuc is the owner of Golden Daisy Quilts. Her quilting is self-taught from inspirations of beautiful images of quilts. All the quilting designs are uniquely her own designs. She prefers to make small quilts like table runners, wall hangings and baby quilts. Last two years, being a fiber artist, Cuc has added tote bags and aprons with matching set of aprons for mom and daughter and has been a hit at shows. This year, however with many requests from customers, Cuc will bring out her stunning large bed quilts to shows. She still accepts custom orders for large quilts and t-shirts quilt.
Cuc first made small quilts to gift out as Christmas presents in 2006 and did her first show in 2007 at Stowe Foliage Arts Show in Stowe, Vermont.
Cuc's work has been featured in the Stowe, VT Guide & Magazine Summer/Fall 2008 issue, the Burlington, VT Free Press (October 2009) and the Tokyo Japanese Quilting magazine (Spring issue 2010).
Her Vermont Foliage runner as the logo has been exhibited in Paris, France (Spring 2011). Her Venetian Stained glass quilt shown below (graduation gift for her daughter) was exhibited at the Outdoor quilt show in Bozeman (2007). Her time spent between Montana & Idaho with traveling back & forth had inspired Cuc to create many quilting pieces to reflect Nature & its landscapes.
Her love of Winter living in Whitefish, MT is reflected in her colorful quilts against snowy woods & hills.
